Monthly tuition is based on time blocks charged at $13.25 per hour and a 4.34 week month. 

All months, other than August, are billed at 100% regardless of school closures for holidays or staff development. August is prorated at 60% of the full month's tuition.

                       Account Management

Through "Account Management" in your Eleyo account you can:

  • Find your security code for signing your children in and out of care 
  • Manage authorized pickups
  • Enroll in automatic payments
  • View and pay invoices

If needing to adjust a currently contracted schedule, please contact us directly via email for any necessary schedule adjustment inquiries at:

For 2023-2024 School Year: These requests must be submitted in writing by the 15th of the month preceding and will take effect on the first of the month with the new schedule. This will have a $15 fee per change (per family).

For 2024-2025 School Year: These requests must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the 1st of the month with the new requested schedule. This will have a $15 fee per change (per family).

There are 3 ways to join the fun!

Contracted

The core of our program are families with regular monthly contracts for care. We have flexible options to meet your scheduling needs.

Non-contracted

Families who don't need regular care but may want to request occasional drop-ins or attend our Party Days when school is closed, should sign up for this option.

Party Days ONLY

This the option for families who are not interested in regular school days (even as a drop-in) but want child care on Party Days when school is closed such as Winter Break or Spring Break.
